Abstract

Marriage is one of the basic units of human relations and social well-being. In a society related to different cultures and civilizations, there is a concept of marriage between a man and a woman for the initiation of family affairs. Which is found in all inspired and uninspired religions. There are different methods and rules for conducting marriage. In inspired religions, marriage is done by verbal consent and acceptance, while in non-inspired religions, there are separate rules regarding marriages. The concept of marriage originates from creation, it is a social and cultural process, which plays a fundamental role in social development.  The importance of a matter in human society is estimated through the social and social value and implementation of that matter and the rules and regulations defined about it in religions. It promotes union and harmony, helping resolve mental, psychological, worldly and intellectual difficulties. Marriage is a contract, the fulfilment of which permits permanent sexual intercourse between a man and a woman until the contract is terminated without any reason. It is a legitimate solution and process to meet the natural needs. What is the modern theory related to marriage, what are the limitations and restrictions, and what is its value and practice in different societies? The car is being implemented, so below will be discussed about the usefulness of marriage, necessity and contemporary requirements and contemporary limitations of marriage.
