A RESEARCH REVIEW OF THE DIFFICULTIES AND PROBLEMS FACED BY IMPRISONED CHILDREN IN PAKISTAN

الملخص

It is the fundamental right of every child to be equipped with the best of education. Unfortunately, due to lack of proper education and training, guardian supervision, children become victims of such people, or become addicted to crimes and commit such crimes as a result of which they have to be locked up in prison cells. They are warned, they are also protected from committing crimes, but they are deprived of the training, compassion of parents, teachers and guardians. In prisons, where they are lonely and miss their parents and relatives, they also have to face many other problems and difficulties such as: housing problems, economic problems, education and training problems, medical and health problems, recreation problems and sexual problems. Here such difficulties and problems are analyzed.
