Abstract

The foundations of a civilized society are based on the idea of ​​being safe and secure. A society is in a state of uncertainty and lags behind the rest of the world where the dignity, wealth and life of the people are not. And the intellectual training of future generations is on criminal lines. The rate of sex crimes in Pakistan seems to be rising alarmingly. Due to which a sense of unrest and insecurity is spreading in the society. Serious researchers discuss all aspects of the causes of these sexual crimes and in the same way measures are proposed to prevent them. Undoubtedly, controlling sexual crimes is the responsibility of government agencies, but at the same time, some responsibilities also apply at the family level, which is being overlooked.Islam is a complete code of life which undoubtedly provides everlasting golden rules and regulations for building an ideal society. In the society the family is the basic unit from which the trained people play their role in the society. The Islamic family system defines the rights and duties of family members to root out crime, the observance of which not only makes the family walk the path of life with dignity, but also has far-reaching effects on the development of society. And in case of violation of these rights and duties, not only the family suffers from various problems but also various kinds of crimes flourish in the society and the whole society has to pay the price. Other reasons for the recent increase in sexual crimes It also includes violations of family rights and duties. This article seeks to address the evils that arise from the violation of the mutual rights and duties of individuals at the family level, including sexual crimes. And in accordance with Islamic family law, an attempt has been made to offer a suitable solution. This will help reduce the growing number of sexual crimes in the society.
