Abstract

The purpose of rewards on products is to advertise the products as well as to boost the sale of products.  In order to advertise their products companies in present era spend millions and billions of moneys to increase the sale rate of their products.The main purpose of advertising is to create awareness in people about products   and to logically convince the people to buy the products. To increase the sale of products, companies give sundry rewards to their customers.  Since such reward scheme on one hand is a source of benefitting the people while on the other hand it is a source of advertising company’s products.For the legalty of such rewards three conditions have to be satisfied.The reward shall be considered a gift from the giver.No payment shall be made for it to the giver.The reward shall be from the profit of the company. If the above-mentioned conditions are satisfied buy any rewarding scheme it shall be considered Hiba (gift) such hence gift has nothing wrong.
